    Made a few modifications to the barge tractor today, added some number plates and a stop/decompressor cable so that I can start it from the seat and stop the engine without having to jump off.

    I bought this through a craigslist ad 1000 miles away, the guy said it had a rebuilt carb and newly replaced points and ignition tune up with a nearly new chain. I put gas in it and she fired up (and almost vame off the ground) and ran like a banshee. 82cc, 5.01 cubes of raw torque.

    A sad day for me as ive had let one go to a new home. Its a Commando 800 that ive had a few years and gone to a new owner who will use it for towing a small trailer around his property. Its got a nice dry stable and will share it with his Toro ride on so won't be lonely. heres a couple of photos.
