    Almost any 8 speed built between 1970 and 1990... Engines are all kohler k series or magnums, which are bombproof if if you plan to rotorvate, then probably go for 12-16 Hp. Model wise that's a big list, but anything from raider 12/14, through C-120/160, C-121/161 up to 316-8. we are all running 30-40 year old machines

    Hiya, sound like a foote 6 speed box. They were fine when new, but not that reliable with age. spares are non existent, so a transplant is the easiest fix! Most peerless boxes fit with little modification.
