    Got a bit more done today. Plates made for the mule drive and cross bar to support front of main support shaft. Next thing to do is source a couple of drive pulleys, 5" and 2-1/2", 3/4"dia bar for drive shaft, drive shaft bearings and housing. Work out a method of tensioning the belt from engine to drive shaft. Not a lot really.

    I've a Barford Plough. Check out my thread on page 5 Ride on's. Title Plough. May give you some ideas for fitting it to one of your Wheel Horses.

    You've certainly got a very good collection of birthday presents there.

    I did get it out in the end, Ian. Did the yard, drive, lane from crossroads to the Widows gate and the bridleway as far as next doors gate. Despite no chains or weights and turf tyres, all went well. No photo's I'm afraid. No camera operator.
