  1. Nathan, if you went to Johnathans place, if you could find it, he'd never get rid of you. Maybe have a run up over the weekend, Johnathan for a drool.
  2. Yellow wheels and green paint. It could be a John Deere.

No Nathan. Away tomorrow but I'll take some Friday if poss'.
  4. Good job Ian. The things, that with a bit of imagination, that can be reused.
  5. Looking at the photo's, James, I really think it should be FC. You can then fit a decent size back body on. Look odd otherwise. Unless you extend the chassis. Also some kind of suspension for the rear axle. Just something for you to think about.

No before photo's I'm afraid, Iain. I intended to use more anodes, but didn't have any more suitable scrap, Angus. A trip to the smithy is on the cards.

    E-tank.

After a bit of discussion and info last night on here, today I have built an e-tank. I took one rechargeable drill 18v charger, attached wires to the + & - terminals. and crocodile clips to the other ends. One plastic dustbin filled with water and 6 tablespoons of washing soda. Don't know how much water, lost count of watering can fulls. In the dustbin, before I filled it, I placed two WH rear wheels. The bottom wheel is sitting on wood blocks, with the second wheel sitting on wood placed on top of the first. The wheels are connected by wire and another wire to a bar resting on top of the bin. Positive from charger is connected to that and negative to a metal anode hanging down the side of the bin. It is now in operation. (I hope ) So, what if anything have I done wrong? If nothing, I guess I'll just have to be patient. Comments please.
  9. It didn't dare not work. That lump hammer was to handy.
  10. Thanks lads. My lot excelled themselves this year. Biscuits, chocolate, cinder toffee and beer. Plus two miniature whiskies from neighbours. :-D Smillies not working. :-(
  11. BTW Charlie. First photo. You've got some big mice.
  12. It would have been better if you'd snapped the Triton.
  13. Thanks lads. No horsey pezzies I'm sorry to say Chris. Swmbo did cook me a bacon, egg and fried bread breakfast though.
  14. £30! Well done Charlie. One behind me. 3 horses and a Mountfield.
  15. Looks like it was a good show< Chris. Thanks.
  16. Just one question if you don't mind. Is that full lock you have on?
  17. Give him a slap from me James, next time you see the Tyke.
  18. Thank's for the info, Angus. Appreciated. Must get some ink for my printer.
  19. Like the straight through exhaust. Sounds nice.
  20. Nathan, fill the gearbox with hydraulic oil and drive around a bit. It'll clean out residue gunge.
  21. I was jesting. But they could be handy to mount something too in the future. Frame for a rear seat maybe.
