  1. Where's the chap with the horses from, George? And don't say Scotland. Fife maybe? ,
  2. Well done on the purchases, James. I wish stuff like that would pop up round here,
  3. Some nice straight, well turned furrows there, George. Came across a working day by accident yesterday near Dumfries. Went back later to have a look see. Turned out to be the Scottish (Southern) Region Friends of Ferguson annual working day. So only MH and MF tractors with the exception of one Ford. Also an old MH baler with twin diesel to power it and a couple of interesting hay bobs. Typically I'd not my camera with me.
  4. Never seen one like that before. It's quite cute. Well done. Keep it and yes build thread please.
  5. Really nice job you've made of that, Paul.
  6. That's in good nick. Usually wooden things are well populated by wood worms. Good find.
  7. The Land Rover mag's went/have gone the same way. I used to get two, but don't bother any more.
  8. Just for the record, as people always refer to it/them as a Robin, it's a Regal.
  9. Have you more photo's of them. Look interesting machines.
  10. Well done and spare engine to boot. You can use the belt guard as a pattern for the missing one.
  11. It was indeed Paul. Made a nice change to spend a day out together. Trouble is, all I'm getting now is what this one does, or that one did.
  12. Couple of decent sized mowers there, Angus. Well done.

    Get in line.
  14. There's an arts and crafts thing going on here, called C-Art. Various artists, potters, wood carvers/turners etc have opened their doors to the public. So today I have been driving SWMBO, who is of an artistic bent, around several studios. Some this morning and after lunch in a nice pub we know in Lorton, some more. BTW She paid for lunch. At one painters, with a '71 MGB GT in the yard, I got talking to her hubby. He kindly took me into his garage where resided a frog eye Sprite, Velocette Viper and a Moto Guzzi Monza. Sorry no photo's. No camera. But it made my day.

Carol said, if you don't know what to do with it, send it up here. Somehow I don't think she means it.
  17. This is going to be interesting.
  18. I agree. Variety is the spice of life they say. MoM is for everyone.
  19. One day I'll have to have a run up. Thanks for the photo's.
