    C-125 Rebuild.

Received a replacement sump Tuesday, courtesy of the Showman. Whipped the engine out this afternoon and fitted it. I also got the tach-a-matics fitted. So all that's left to do is wire up the lights.

    Villiers MK15

Well, I'm calling this (sort of) finished... I screwed it to a bit of scrap MDF as a temporary measure to run it, and much to my surprise it started on the third kick. However, it was 'hunting' badly and after playing with the governor setting with no real improvement I called it a day. Yesterday I had a closer look at the carb and checked the manual re: setting and discovered that the mixture screw is missing! Looking at the 'before' photos it was missing when I got the engine. I have emailed Meteens so hopefully I will be able to get it running properly. If so I will try to post up a video.

    Aquabug surprise!

I also have an OK Herkimer 60 ignition. I have a lot of motors from the early 50's into the 60's. Maybe 150 of them. I would thin them out except it is the same situation of selling and shipping which is a pain as you have seen me say here. I always liked the O&R utility motor. If there was an adaptive electronic ignition adapted to it I think it would have been an interesting motor for today's old timer style RC model aircraft. It would be lighter without the flywheel. It would be also quite a conversation piece. Bob

I'll be getting stickers. Just need to let Mark/Ewan know what I require.

    C-125 Rebuild.

+1 for skinny rims. I'm lucky as I have both wide and narrow WH wheels for the 72 Raider now. The track width on the front with the 6.50's fitted is 2 inches (51mm -ish) less than post 75 WHs. Nice work Norm look's tidy . Are you going to 'Sticker' it up , or leave it naked ?.

Our other 1971 Bolens Husky 1054

Some of you guys may remember the Bolens stash that we acquired about 2-1/2 years. The tractor that appeared to be in the best condition was a blue painted Bolens 1054 which looking like it needs very little to get working. We got that assesment wrong as it has taken us a long time and lots of new and replacement parts to get it running. We still have a few more jobs to do but we would like to use it a bit first and see what other problems appear. Video of some of the work and the test drive Alan, please pass on our regards to John and he may enjoy the video

Our other 1971 Bolens Husky 1054

The blue one appears to be missing the familiar Howards decal. Great video Joseph, sorting old tractors is like CSI forensics.

Our other 1971 Bolens Husky 1054

Good video again Joseph and another tractor brought back to life. I think the angle iron bumper ? was probably fitted before John acquired the tractor.

    1973 Bolens G10

We got our 1973 Bolens G10 out of storage to check it over and see what parts it needs. We bought this tractor as a non-runner 18 months ago and so far we have not done anything with it. A previous owner has modified it to take a Westwood blade. It must be an early one as the serial number is very low. A quick video introduction
