    Really appreciate those who made the long journey to save me and my family a trip darn sarf this year. A massive thanks to those who came to the Northern Wheel Horse round up. In no particular order.... Stormin - glad you came, hope you learnt something and hope swmbo doesn't spot the new addition Paul and Wendy, hope it was worth the drive. Great to see you again. Give Bella a hug from me Digger james, hope you enjoyed the meet up good to catch up with you. dibnah (Tom) great to meet you at last, whonda is a fine machine, you now have to finish widestride for next year. Simar kid(John Webster) for popping down from Richmond, your stationary engine was a nice setup! Chris and Pam (showman) great to have your fine collection up north, you had some admirers. Thanks for the delivery too Nigel, the Holder is something special, a top notch job. Shame about the gremlins in the electrics... James, your commando 7 fleet is awesome, totally original workers with weights and sickle bar fab! Nathan, glad you managed to join the forum. The major is a fine machine - the mom sticker was a good addition Norlett -my dad.... Thanks for looking after us, and the beers! Raider10 - my brother, thanks for putting up with us And finally the YVA for hosting the show and Allan Walker the steward who had to sort us out! Hope you all have a safe journey home

    Power Hack Saw

    Having a clear out of the workshop of some items I dont need & I have this up for grabs Brought it as I thought it would come in handy! & as per usual it did not Its a Qualter & Smith power hack saw Perfick for cutting up old wheel horses etc!! I have never had it running, needs a clean up & some tlc Its seriously heavy so collection only £100 if your interested Chris

    Hi again, some photos of the John Deere 279 mower deck spindles converted to front wheel hubs. The holes are not threaded as i thought, I threaded them M10. The wheels are off a Howard rotavator.

    Sorry, not sure how I missed this. Yes, I obtained mine from U.S. in the end, could not get the heavy duty Heim brand. Got mine (4) in 2012 for about £3 ea incl shipping. As Doug(Ranger) has mentioned above, now cost more, but if you still want them, I can point you to an advert for 4 at about £15 incl Shipping. Toro part number is 110513,but there are many U.S Aftermarket numbers too. Regards

    I think black works on a WH... As long as some flames are painted on as well
