    Stormin's new tractor

Well done Norm, I managed to sneak the Bolens in the top shed where the roundhoods were parked and threw a sheet over it. Pam was indoors watching tv

    Stormin's new tractor

With the Newby Hall show coming up next weekend, I thought I'd better mention to Carol that I was taking two tractors, but returning with three. (Again). Went down quite well. No need to or vocal outburst and flying objects or threats of GBH. I do now, have to supply decorating materials for master bedroom and lounge. Fortunately, I won't be doing the decorating. Carols department that.

So when I come down I've not to say, "Where's the Bolens? Lets have a look at it."

So you have been worrying for the last year for nothing Norm. Carol's calm appearance could be a plot though. Wait until you have bought the decorating materials then war will break out. Better keep the 2 handled saw locked away. She could do serious damage with it. I wonder if the Showman will escape as lightly when Pam finds out what he has bought.

    Winch.

I'm going to sell my 9000lb pull winch as it's now surplus to requirements and has not had much use. Mainly used to make sure trees came down where wanted. As you can see from the photo's, it has a steel cable in good condition, hand control, spare rope and snatch block. Electric cables have an Anderson connector. The mounting plate I made myself, to fit to a Dixon Bate type trailer hitch, on the front bumper of my 90 when I had it. This made it demountable and could be removed when not needed. I'm asking £150 for the complete kit. Can be viewed at Newby Hall 10th - 11th June. Or collected even.

    Bolens tractor day

Yesterday Chris made the three and half hour drive to spend the day with us and we had a great time showing him our collection, driving some tractors and doing some repairs to the Bolens HT20. We made a video of some of the fun Iain

    20/50 MOTOR OIL.

While sorting through friend John's car spares, a large quantity of 20/50 MINERAL oil was found. A lot of this has already been sold but still quite a few cans left. £5 per 4.5 Ltr can. The Showman has kindly offered to deliver to Newby if required and can collect payment there.
