We had a hard frost this morning -0.5. Then warmed up and started showing 12.30. Building site I'm roughing at the moment is like the Somme, nightmare carrying reels of cable and gear to the houses.
If you can't feel any suction then it won't pull fuel in, my MG2 pulls your hand in like a Hoover, Jonathan will know what's he's doing though, he's dealt with a few more than me.
Excuses Norm, you just want to go for another look!
Jonathan, I'm sure you'll get it going
When mine hasn't ran for a while and won't start I disconnect the air filter and put my hand over inlet when turning it over to make it pull fuel in to make it fire, I also had to do that the first time I started it.
Yesterday's project the spring centre, used in the milling machine or drill press to apply pressure to a tap when threading a hole and also keeps the tap straight.
And this mornings work...a brass hammer with stainless tapered handle, the stainless was difficult to knurl and is shallow but still improves the grip. Almost too nice to use.
I always find the Christmas Eve rather boring considering I no longer believe in Santa😮 (no presents for me this year😳) so I decided to venture out into the workshop and make something!
Going back to work on the 7th so need to keep myself occupied for two weeks, that is in between going to the pub! So probably not the only tool to be made over the festive period.
Wanted to make something usable so made large tap wrench to cater for some of the bigger taps in my collection although it's still not big enough for the largest ones!
So after some Turning, milling, knurling and threading, this is what I came up with.
Hook thick sheets of cardboard over the side and behind the drive wheels to protect the paint when fitting the tracks, as they are bad for springing. Not sure how bad yours will be if you've not fully tightened them yet.

That sounds like the condenser.
