  1. Tom, welcome to the Bolens Boys Club! That's a great looking EK which is the bigger brother to the LK (Lawn Keeper). A great find and I think you will enjoy using it. Keep us posted.
  2. Thanks Paul. I will send a PM in a second. Cheers Andrew
  3. I am guessing it's 1950s possibly early 60s. It moves freely and is in good order.
  4. I was helping one of my customers today clearing out the Chinchilla House as it is going to be demolished and a new building erected. I came across this old cylinder mower complete with the grass box. It's a Model E1 and all seem to be working freely. Tony, my customer, very kindly said it was mine if I wanted it. If anyone got any information about these old push mowers I would be grateful. Thanks.

    Ransomes ITW

Stunning workmanship. In my view, there's a time and place for creating a replica and this is such a case in point as you are obviously an enthusiast for the Ransomes. Any replica created is a skill which I do not possess. Looking forward to seeing a video of it soon.
  6. What I would like is a sales brochure on this model ranges 80 & 100. I narrowly missed out on this one.
  7. Another great job. Inspiration for me to make a start on one of my projects
  8. Hats off to you Sir on an amazing haul! Looking forward to seeing the implements attached to your GTs.
  9. Nice set of implements too. A great haul there.
  10. Norman, I am glad you raised this.......
  11. There's a petrol one on Gumtree, a Clarke model.
  12. Norm, the dog is either knackered from watching you work or he's too scared to see your tree felling skills......
  13. Here's another question! My pressure washer blew up earlier this year and I been meaning to get another. I was not altogether impressed with the Halfords one. I have seen several Stihl branded ones at the local John Deere dealership at contractors' prices. I will be using it to wash off the cars, tractors, mowers as well as some of customers' patios. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
  14. Looking good Nigel. Another step forward!
  15. This came in the past this morning from the States. Bought them on Sunday evening..... All part of collating information on this project. I will be collecting the actual tiller and front dozer plough next weekend.
  16. Can anyone recommend a portable battery jump starter for use on garden tractors' batteries? Thanks
  17. Alain, Business class on British Airways and a week on either side to recover from jet lag and time zones and I might consider it....
  18. I wish I got the room to house such an eclectic selection of tractors. Hope you got the necessary public liability insurance in place?!
  19. I am looking for a Kohler belt guard (painted black) as pictured in this example. I guess they would also be the same with the Jacobsen Chief ones. Perhaps Wheel Horse Kohler engines will be the same ? Colour doesn't matter as it will be painted in blue. If you have one, let me know please. Thanks.
  20. Have anyone got a Kohler belt guard like the one pictured (black) available ? If you do please contact me via PM. Thanks.
