Talked about if for a while, made a start on fixing the rear drive. bought some 78mm laser cut discs and turned them down. The idea being I can use washers to keep the chain on the sprockets to stop it riding over the edge -

Ignore those two. Frame egg shell blue. Leave wheels as they are. Never painted in the first place. No point. Soon off in use. -

Transport Box
Ian and one other reacted to Cub Cadet for a post in a topic
The box finally tips and lifts twice as high First of all we made the lift arms that would do all of the lifting and also multiply the lift off the ground. Then we made the tipping mechanism, once the box is on the ground you can disengage the mechanism using a handle and then by lifting the box it can be emptied. Some tidying up of edges and welds will be done and then it is ready for paint. I am going to paint the mechanism yellow but I am unsure whether to paint the whole box IH white like the bonnet, or all black, or the frame black and the sides white. Any ideas will be appreciated! -

Looks an interesting show Paul, have to give it a go next year -
1 pointNo problem Chris, happy to help. It gave the Land Rover a bit of a workout dragging it from it's resting place and the trailer winch knew it was on the end. Iain
