Hey! Just reading a Westwood magazine lol. The lamps were sourced on eBay to the best of my memory as this was about three months ago that I ordered but didn't do work until recently. They came from America as I was unable to find any in the UK as with the pulleys. They were reasonable in price and if you want the lights for a Westwood, purchase the same lights as mine as those are the right ones for the Gazelle model. Hope this helps. Thanks.
He wants them for a wheel horse but they are the same unit, I reused some on a wheel horse from a westwood w11 and later managed to source some original General Electric ones
Do you need the round lamp type bulbs? I managed to source some a few years ago for my Cub Cadet but they are very hard to find. On our C-125 we chose to use round LED lamps and made a bracket which bolted to the hood.
BTW. Some paint on the axle pivot nut wouldn't go amiss.
thanks Norm! Haha, when you look closely the hubs and some other bits aren't even primed, and theres quite a few other bits that still need cleaning and painting
I was home from uni this weekend so I finished some last minute jobs ready for its first outing next month. I applied the rest of the decals and made a temporary belt guard out of some mesh, ill make a proper one when I have some more time. Had the tractor running for about an hour with no problems so hopefully we wont have any problems at Newby Hall.
Hi, we have sold decals to the person selling that deck and he had contacted me asking if i knew what model tractor it fit, he didn't know and i couldn't find any similar ones doing a google search. Of course he may have found out so worth an ask
If it helps I travel to India 3 or 4 times a year. If you could get the part scanned and turned into a 3D CAD model then I can get it machined from solid very cheaply, alternatively send me the part and I'll do it over there. I've had numerous parts made for me at ridiculously cheap prices. For example I've had 3 mower deck shafts and end stops made for £50 when quoted £500 in the UK and got a load of Bolens tube frame PTO front seals made for I wont say how much as selling them for a stupid mark up but still considerably cheaper than getting them from the states!!. I actually exported some of them to the USA !!!
I'm scheduled to go again end of May returning early June this time so if it helps let me know!
Thanks for the offer but we’ve managed to straighten it out and braced it, and I’m getting a spare Engine shortly that I can use if I need to.
