Hi all Some pics of our play area at the rally we have so much fun we never stray from the working area I came second and Frank came fourth out of forty four exibits in the horticultural section Picture of our younger members and one of a Scotsman

This has been propped up against the wall in my garage since 2010 and came with the Raider/C-120. Need to get this up and running, so I dragged it out for a quick check/inspection- Not a lot of meat left on that anti scalp Roller!. All solid Shell with no weld repairs and all free moving parts. Bearings are smooth tight and have been well greased. Needs new Blades, Roller and a few bolts. Carrier Frame needs some work, so will take time out from the Traction Engine and take advantage of good late summer weather. May have to replace the Deck Wheels as well, several chunks of rubber missing!. Nearly finished the Mule Drive.

Joseph. If your dad gives you some of his tractors he will have room to store the next lot he buys. Bet he hasn't thought of that.

Assembled the refurbished Mule Drive unit today. Bit of a state initially, but cleaned up ok with Blasting and Etch Primer. Added brass tube spacer to keep the Tension Bars correctly spaced- Fitted good quality bearings- Another job done. Ready to fit-

Had a day at the above. Had an interesting if tiring day. 600 acres to walk round. Not much in the horticultural line I afraid.

Nice score. Too bad it must have sat out side or in a damp area for a while. Apparently a previous owner decided he didn't want all that poison spraying on himself when blowing it upwind. First one I've seen with the newer style recoil and housing. Curious about that expanded metal for a debris screen in the recoil too. Don't remember ever seeing that before either.

A photo of Bryan, my last 90. Sold two years ago after 15yrs ownership. Much missed. 1986 fitted with Isuzu 2.8 td, Alli Sport full width intercooler, Disco transferbox. Citroen BX seats and various other mods.

Here's a Ward's Digger 10 which has the same design as a General model 10 ice auger. Both seem to be pretty rare items. Never thought O&R had enough power for an earth auger but here it is. These doubled as a drill with an added threaded on drill chuck.

I used a couple of pictures found online to send along with the carefully removed old decals for reproduction. Titch @ Machinery Decals has done it again! perfectly recreated decals to adorn both these machines....... Here they are wearing their new clothes! The Mustang's bar decal has proved a little more difficult, however it is being worked on!
